Words That Queen Can Now Speak

Things that excites me a lot is the time to hear my baby speak straight words. Since she's only 13th months old last May 1, 2012, I can see that she develops her speaking and talking skills even though it's not yet clear. It's like music to my ear when I heard her calling me "mameeeee" or sometimes she pronounces it "mamaaaaa", my husband calling him "dadeee". The other words that she can now speak are:

deti (dirty)
Abdul (name)
pau (name)
tatang ( calling her uncles)
nang (Ninang / Godmother)
dede (milk)
yaaa (kuya / cousins older than her)
papaaa (kain/eat)
bebi (baby)
tati (panty)
aaate (ate/ cousins older than her )
mam (water)
de (there)

Those are the words I can remember I heard her speaking. Aside from that she's also duplicating what one says if she can try to pronounce it or do in her own understanding. Like for example, she knows how a crying pig, ousting the lizard in the wall or ceiling, to stop the barking dog, make face and smile like a clown. Lol! That makes me really happy. She takes away my exhaustion and weariness. Baby's are the best medicine for Moms like me. Though life is sometimes hard, my Queen always my reason to keep on going.

Anyway, she's practicing to walk and I'm so excited to see her walking alone without any support.

By next month, I'll post a video or a photo of my baby walking. Wait for it. Mwah!

I am doing a digital scrapbook of my Queen's captured moments and every first she's learning.

This is my first design of digiscrap photo I made from Johnson's Baby Philippines (pls. Like the fan page on Facebook) free scrapbooking site.

I really enjoyed doing this. Hopefully, by next year I'll be posting the finished album of my Queen's First Year Captured Moments that I'm currently working as digital scrapbook.

Digital scrapbooking became my hobby because it is really entertaining. Try it!

My Queen is Learning to walk

I just want to share some photos of my baby riding in her walker. Yes! At her age of 7 months, we started to let her walk by her friend "walker".

at her first time, she's moving backwards, haha

Later on, she knows now to move forward , backward, turning around and chasing you.

I can see her enjoyment, sometimes she wants to catch the dog, chicken or cat that she sees.

In this photo, she's wearing her wig, her godmother /aunt monica bought it for her because she's bald..

She inherited her father's hair, too thin. For me, it's ok. I don't want her to get what I have, messy, frizzy and curly hair.

To expensive , I need rebonding everytime I look like witch because of my hair. Super Thankful that she is bald at first, I'm hoping when her hair grows, it is like her dad's hair, no problem about the hair. Smooth and straight!

I've noticed that she didn't want to put anything in her hair. She easily removed it.

Like that eyeglasses, she's so cute wearing it.

I hope her hair will grow the next days. So that i'll buy her cute hairpins,

Thanks a lot Drypers!

Thanks a lot Drypers for the free samples. I didn't expect it. I've just registered and joined the club. But actually, before I knew about their website, I have read the other blog about the samples. So I was curious and then suddenly I went to the website and that's it. After a month, the LBC express delivered this surprise samples for my baby Queen.

My elder sister was the one who received it because I'm still using my hometown address. I was in the office when she called me about the small package. I'm so happy about the news. Excited to go home at my parent's.

Two weeks ago, me, my husband and our baby got home at my in-laws house. Exactly October 29 was my mother-in-law's birthday. That's the only time we went home after the BIG FLOOD in Bulacan. Calumpit was one of the affected area. We immediately evacuated when the news said that some dams will decrease the water level. Thanks God, my husband who happened to stay there during the flood, his family and relative

were fine and safe now.

Yesterday, November 13, 2011, I've seen the free samples, I captured it with my baby

and that night I wear it to her. First time to use drypers diaper. I found it cute and comfortable. My baby's size is large, the soonest time, it won't fit her anymore. The next few days, I'm going to buy another size, a little more expensive and less the quantity.

Flip and Roll

As a mom, part of happiness for me is getting the chance to capture moments of my baby.

The moments of flipping and rolling.

Actually, she's already sleepy in this pictures. Flipping and rolling is one way of her habits before she cry and asking to be held. And then I will dance her until she fall asleep.

In this picture, she's crying already because I'm not yet picking her, she's tired of rolling and wanted to sleep.

Every month, our Queen Sophia makes us proud with her new skills and I could say talent.

From the moment she knew her skills, she's practicing a lot..

Really funny, so active and so cute baby.

Sometimes, i hardly make her fall asleep because she wants her aunt (my elder sister) to "dance" her. She wants her Aunt more than me. I'm a working mom, that's one part of sad moments I'm experiencing. But special thanks to
baby center , I'm reading some tips and informations all about
babies.

Sleep is essential to your baby´s growth.
Sleep is as easy as 1-2-3!

After Six Months

My Queen learns a lot.

She always put a big smile in her face..

Cry when no one's talking to her..

Loves to listen to music,

Recognize the special people in her life,

Holding her feeding bottle,

Shout out loud,

Play with her toys,toes & making bubbles with her tongue..

Teething,

Sit & stand with support.

And she can now eat solid foods.

One more thing, she got another talent..

ROLLING & FLIPPING over!

My kid’s growing up so fast...she loves her toes as her teether!

It really makes me happy whenever I see our 5 months old baby Queen Sophia biting her toes..

She started doing it @ her age of 3 months.

I still remember the times when she's forcing herself catching her toes.. she's so funny! After so many trials, that's what she looks like ( see the picture). She looks like "very hungry" that no one cares to feed her.

Eventually, I've learned that her first tooth came out. That was one day before her 4th months. It really surprise me and my family..

I didn't think of why her saliva was dropping, she's gritting when biting her fingers & toys. Thanks God! She's not that sensitive when it comes to teething.

She is changing before my eyes but her skin is still like a baby’s. We still need the gentle care of JOHNSON’s Baby Milk Bath, with Vitamins A&E and 100% more milk proteins to nourish developing skin.

It's a thrill to follow along as your baby or child grows and see what's new every week.I'm glad that my baby queen has no developmental delay. In fact, she's now standing with support and learning to roll & flip over..
